This is where it starts getting a bit weird. Yes, it's a purple duck, from the long-lost webcomic Purple Duck Mambo. And that's Tom from Silly Cone V.
Page 36 of the remastered Rogues of Clwyd-Rhan storyline Dolphins and Dragons. Unfortunately, I can't show the work other people have done on the crossover, but go to the page this was originally published on and take it from there.

One of the most difficult decisions for me to make when uploading material to DA is whether it counts as traditional or digital art. This piece, with its 10 different layers, coloured lettering and one character that was a CGI disembodied purple glow with only the eyes and mouth hand-drawn, counts as digital to my eyes. There is hand-made line-art in there but the totality of it is a digital work.
