Second in the Hyperinflation sequence, and a sequel to [link] . I"ve been a fan of the Uncle Scrooge comics since I was a child... so this drawing was a lot of fun to do. The top hat, spats and blunderbuss have, to me, at least, iconic qualities.
To a lot of people, holding on to what they've got will become a very high priority, and yes, some will take it this far.
I'm not a very technical person to much about this drawing here but I really the think that the compostioning is really good the way she's just looking at whoever it trying to take the money cocking that boomstick in the pose she's shows a much a emotion. The perspective Is really a nice touch on the background as well.
I am a hoarder. I will not deny that. But I have material enough to play when I can't get material. Keeping things for a "rainy day" as it were.
You're asking for advanced critique here and all I can suggest is that you grab a kneaded eraser and clean up some of the lines. Rest has a nice raw feel to it. Nice commentary piece.

Are you planning to do a coloring of this?
And of course she has toiletpaper! She can't leave her heap of money...so when you gotta go, you gotta go....I guess.
PS. really like her 'monopoly-man' outfit.
