Adongo leaning, character sketch

Adongo from the planned webcomic Fury of the Plains. I'm going to do maybe one or two more of these (or maybe not) and then put this project to bed for a while. The story isn't coming together well in my head and is taking time away from other things I could be doing. Too bad, because I was just beginning to get a handle on the characters. But until I get massively more time to work on comics, I should focus on the already ongoing ones and not new ones. 

About that... my vacation, three weeks starting on March the fifth, has been pretty much a bust. I was doing well with my recovery from the stresses of work until I got hit by the flu that's been going around. It's only in the past few days that I've started to feel like myself again, but my lung capacity, appetite and motivation to do things are still much reduced. Now there are only a few days left in my break and I feel worse than before I started. However, I've written a few things and today I managed to ink and sketch a little bit. So it'll also be a while before there is any movement on those ongoing projects, probably not before my next vacation in June. Luckily I got a week's worth of vacation days back, converted into sick days.
